WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

At Monsters Candles®, every candle is a handcrafted story.

We don’t work with mass-produced items, but with unique pieces lovingly made in our northern workshop. Each candle is hand-poured, its scent carefully chosen, its finish and decoration crafted with attention to detail—and of course, we respect its curing time.

Like a fine wine, every creation needs time to reach its full potential.

The estimated timeframe for artisanal production is 10 business days.

This includes the making, curing, decorating, and personalized packaging of your order.

However, this timeframe may be slightly extended in specific cases.

Here are the two most common exceptions that may exceed the 10-business-day window:

  • PRE-ORDER

    PRE-ORDERS allow you to reserve exclusive candles and melts before their official launch, with special conditions and unique promotions available for a limited time only.

    What are the advantages?

    • You get early access to exclusive editions.
    • You enjoy a special launch promotion with discounted pricing.
    • You can secure products that may not return to the catalogue—or may do so under different conditions.

    IMPORTANT:

    • The production process for pre-ordered candles begins on the next business day after the pre-order period ends.
    • Depending on the product and demand, the preparation time may exceed the usual 10 business days. This allows us to maintain the quality and artisanal nature of each piece.
    • If your order includes pre-order items along with
      in-stock or personalized products      , the entire order will be shipped together once it’s complete.

  • CANDLES WITH FROSTING AND CUSTOM JARS

    These candles are defined by their exclusivity and high level of detail. Each one is a small work of art that requires time, precision, and a whole lot of care.

    What makes these editions so special?

    • Hand-painted and oven-cured jars
    • Textured surfaces with decorative shimmer scales
    • Unique finishes with metallic shine
    • Hand-modeled elements for exclusive editions

    The customization process for each jar is 100% handmade.
    We work with natural materials and our own techniques, which means that every piece is one of a kind. This meticulous attention to detail may lead to slight variations between items.
