WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
At Monsters Candles®, every candle is a handcrafted story.
We don’t work with mass-produced items, but with unique pieces lovingly made in our northern workshop. Each candle is hand-poured, its scent carefully chosen, its finish and decoration crafted with attention to detail—and of course, we respect its curing time.
Like a fine wine, every creation needs time to reach its full potential.
The estimated timeframe for artisanal production is 10 business days.
This includes the making, curing, decorating, and personalized packaging of your order.
However, this timeframe may be slightly extended in specific cases.
Here are the two most common exceptions that may exceed the 10-business-day window:

CANDLES THAT CAN BE READY
As our workshop has been growing and refining every detail, sometimes there are candles that have already begun their journey in the workshop.
If your order matches any of these in-stock units, we can prepare and ship it as soon as possible, without losing an ounce of our artisanal process. Simply put, they're already made :)
Otherwise, your candle will be made from scratch, going through all the stages that make its aroma, finish, and essence authentically Monsters Candles.
We cannot guarantee which ones are available at any given time, but this option allows us to shorten the production time for some orders and get your handmade story to your home sooner.
CANDLES WITH FROSTING
These candles stand out for their exclusivity and level of detail. Each piece is made entirely by hand, with natural materials and unique techniques, ensuring that no two candles are alike.
What makes them special:
- Decorative frosting made by hand.
- Hand-painted jars, baked at low temperature in our workshop.
- Application of Special and Unique Painting Techniques.
IMPORTANT: Due to the complexity of these creations, the production time may reach or slightly exceed the maximum production period.

EXCLUSIVE EDITIONS / COLLECTORS
Our special editions may include hand-modeled pieces and artistic and unique designs.
Each candle is created with time and respect for artisanal processes, resulting in an exclusive and collectible item.
IMPORTANT: Due to the complexity of these editions, preparation time may reach or slightly exceed the maximum production deadline.

PRESALES
Pre-orders allow you to reserve exclusive products before their official launch, with special limited-time promotions.
Advantages:
- Early access to exclusive editions.
- Special launch price.
- Opportunity to get products that may not return or may return under different conditions.
IMPORTANT: The production of pre-order candles begins on the next business day after the pre-order closes.
If your order includes pre-order items along with other products, everything will be sent in a single shipment when the order is complete.
FLASH SALES
Sometimes we announce Flash Sales: special collections of candles with frosting or special editions that have limited units and a launch promotion.
ARTISTIC FIGURES
Artistic Figurines are unique pieces, entirely handcrafted in our workshop. Each undergoes an artisanal process that combines sculptural modeling, carving, and detailed painting, resulting in exclusive creations, full of realism and personality.
Production times:
Due to the complexity of the entirely handcrafted and human process, preparation time may exceed the usual production period.
These pieces are not toys, but collector's figurines designed for art lovers and collectors.
