Refund policy
Monsters Candles is an online store of handmade products. Each item is handmade and handcrafted, so Monsters Candles does not accept returns or cancellations of customized products. A return will only be made if the item is defective.
If after the collection period, if delivery attempts were made and it was not delivered, or if the address provided to us was incorrect and the order was returned to our workshop, a refund will not be issued, but a new delivery attempt will be made. It will be the customer who will be responsible for the amount of such shipment. The new order will be awaiting payment by the customer. Once it is paid, it will be put in transit.
