HOW TO BUY
Shopping at Monsters Candles is very easy. Just follow these steps:
- Choose the product(s) you wish to purchase.
- View the product(s) you're interested in. By clicking, you can enlarge the photo; some products have multiple images. You can also check their description and price.
- Select the product, the number of units, and add the item to the cart. Then, you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
HOW TO BUY A CUSTOM CANDLE
If you'd like to buy a custom candle, simply go to the Customize Your Candle section and choose one of the three options available. If you have questions, you can contact us through the form.
Next, choose the number of units you want and add them to your cart.
If you'd like to continue shopping, repeat the process. If you're ready to place your order, click the Checkout button to start the purchase process.
- Enter all the required information, including your shipping and billing address, and ensure it's correct.
- Select your payment method. If you choose bank transfer or Bizum, the order will remain pending until we receive the payment. You can also pay with your debit/credit card or PayPal. Confirm the order and, if applicable, proceed to payment.
The candle design and creation process will only begin once the purchase process is completed and payment has been received.
You will receive an email confirming your order, and we will contact you to start the process.
WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I SHOP ONLINE FROM?
You can currently place your order from anywhere in the world. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS MARKED AS "OUT OF STOCK"?
We generally don't have out-of-stock products, except for pre-sale items. The rest of the products on our website are made to order.
WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTO?
Yes. While the decoration (color and coverage) may vary slightly, the fragrance and interior decoration of our candles remain consistent.
HOW CAN I ENSURE MY PURCHASE WAS SUCCESSFUL?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase. If you don't receive it, please contact us at CONTACTO@MONSTERSCANDLES.COM.
CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Yes. You can remove items from your cart as long as the order hasn't been processed yet.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We do not accept cancellations. Please ensure your order is correct before completing the purchase.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
We ship all products in perfect condition, protected with corn starch. If a product arrives damaged due to mishandling by the delivery company, please contact us with photos of the defective item and the package, and we will find a solution.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?
If you ever receive an incorrect item, contact us, and we will arrange for the appropriate changes at no additional cost to you.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can have it delivered to the address of your choice (home, workplace, etc.).
CAN THE DELIVERY COUNTRY BE DIFFERENT FROM THE PURCHASE COUNTRY?
The delivery country must always match the purchase country.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
If you live in mainland Spain, once the order preparation time is complete and we hand over your package to the courier service, delivery takes 24-48 business hours (we use Correos for logistics, though delays may occur due to issues beyond our control).
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After completing your purchase, we will keep you informed about your order's status via email. You will also receive a link and tracking code to monitor your package from our workshop to your hands.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Since most of our items are personalized (wick type, size, interior/exterior decoration, label, etc.), we do not accept returns. Replacement is only possible if an item is defective or damaged.
If delivery attempts fail or the address provided was incorrect, resulting in the package being returned to our workshop, no refund will be issued. Instead, a new shipment will be arranged, and the customer will bear the cost of this new shipment. Once payment is received, the order will be processed and shipped again.
ORDER PREPARATION TIMES
Preparation times may increase or decrease depending on workload. We will notify you of any changes via social media or the top bar (the black area at the top of the page).
IMPORTANT: If you choose bank transfer or Bizum as your payment method, the order will not be processed until payment is received. Once payment is confirmed, the corresponding preparation process will begin, with the start date being the day we receive the payment.
