WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

At Monsters Candles ®, each candle tells a story. We believe in the magic of handmade, artisan creation, full of passion. Every piece reflects our northern essence and is unique, specially crafted just for you. This includes a meticulous curing period that will vary depending on the type of candle (yes, like fine wine).

The typical crafting time is 10 business days (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00). We take weekends off to recharge.

While our candles are made to order in small batches, preparation times may vary depending on the type of product:

  • FLASH SALE (IN STOCK)

    • During a Flash Sale, you can purchase your Special Edition Candle IN STOCK.
    • These candles are already made and will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours.
    • Once they’re sold out, they won’t be available again with the launch promotion.
    • If you don’t want to miss the next FLASH SALE, we recommend you follow us on our social media @monsterscandles or subscribe to our newsletter.

  • PRE-ORDER

    Pre-orders allow you to reserve exclusive products with a LAUNCH PROMOTION for a limited time.

    Once the pre-order period ends, the product will no longer be available with the same features or launch offers.

    IMPORTANT:

    • The crafting process begins the next business day after the pre-order closes. Please note that depending on the item and the volume of pre-order sales, the preparation time may be longer than usual.
    • If your order includes pre-order items and other products, everything will be shipped together once it's ready.

  • CUSTOM CANDLES

    Add your special touch to any candle in the CUSTOMIZATION section!

    These options require additional time due to the dedication involved in creating something unique for you. But don’t worry, you won’t have to wait long! :)

    Types of custom candles:

    • Candles WITH FROSTING
    • Changes in label design
    • Double labeling
    • Full customizations

  • SPECIAL / EXCLUSIVE / LIMITED EDITIONS

    These candles stand out for their exclusivity and complexity.

    • Custom jars with scales
    • Textures and metallic glitters
    • Hand modeling

    The "customization" process of the glass jars is completely handmade, natural, and at times, unpredictable. We handle each piece with the utmost care to ensure an exceptional result.

    Due to the exclusivity of these editions, the crafting time may be longer than the standard preparation times.
