** The average delivery time starts once the order has left our workshop.

In any case, and as soon as your order leaves our workshop, we will send you confirmation of shipment of your order with a tracking number and you will receive an SMS from the logistics company indicating the estimated delivery date.

On weekends and holidays, the workshop is closed.

At Halloween and Christmas season, delivery may take a little longer due to the high volume of deliveries by the transport company.

VERY IMPORTANT:

*If upon receipt of the order you should see damage to the surface of the box, internal cracking noises or any details that may suggest product damage, we kindly ask that before opening the box you make a small recording or take photos of everything. Send us everything to contacto@monsterscandles.com, this will help us when claiming to the transport company.

*If after the deadline for collection at the office, if there were delivery attempts and it was not delivered, or if the address provided was incorrect and the order was returned to our workshop, there would be no refund, but a new delivery attempt. It will be the customer who will be responsible for the amount of such shipment. The new order will be put on hold. Once it is paid, it will be put in transit.
